Lacker for Luminous Powder. Mix the powder 1/1 and the varnish 1/1. Add thinner if the mixture is becoming too viscous. Before use, leave to rest for a couple of hours.. Drying : room temperature 4-5 hours, accelerated drying 60 min. at 60° C., 45 min. à 80° C
